Whistleblowing Hylte Paper AB

Whistleblower Policy

This policy shall be helpful to those who have reason to report information about misconduct of public interest by feeling safe to do so without being hindered, risking reprisals or being held responsible for, for example, breaching the duty of confidentiality.

In this policy, whistle-blowing means that the person who has reason to report information about wrongdoing within the company's operations where there is a public interest in its disclosure.
Whistleblowing can also refer to misconduct in other operations that the employee has become aware of through his work with us, for example serious misconduct at a customer or a supplier and where there is a public interest in making it visible.
All disclosures of wrongdoing, which there is a public interest in their disclosure, must be dealt with fairly and accurately.
The whistleblower policy in its entirety can be found here. (coming soon)

The protection that the reporting person receives is the same as that which follows from the Whistleblower Act. No limitation or extension is intended in the policy.

We strive for a culture where all employees dare and want to express their opinions and that there is a dialogue in the company about any problems that arise in the business. Even if there is no misconduct of a nature that leads to reporting in accordance with this policy, we encourage all employees to raise any issues they experience within the organization. In the first instance, employees must contact the responsible manager.

You can also turn to your trade union or externally to the relevant authority.

What happens after I submit my application?
After you have submitted your report, it will be forwarded to the company's owner, CEO and HR manager.
